Even though today feels like an #IndianSummer, I am already planning my wardrobe for the upcoming fall months.

Here are some looks I love, that will give your wardrobe the proper #fall upgrade:

1.) A great pair of flats.

Walking around cities like NYC and Paris, you need a chic pair of flats that are comfortable and stylish. I had the greatest pair of Ralph Lauren flats ever, and they eventually had to be replaced from all of the wear and tear of the city streets. This season, I scored a two toned Chanel as my favorite go-to flat.

2.) Low Heeled Boots.

When it is time to put the flip-flops away, you are going to need something to replace your everyday, running around shoe with something sensible yet stylish.  A low-heeled boot can take you from day to night, work to social events without skipping a beat.

3.) A Great Jacket.

Any outfit automatically looks more chic with the addition of a well-fitted, stylized coat or jacket. I love to have a few light trench coats for fall, as well as some sleek wool coats for when the temperatures start to drop.

4.) Lingerie.

It is amazing how updating your lingerie can make a whole world of difference in your appearance. Make sure to throw out anything that isn’t presentable, and invest in quality lingerie. I am a huge advocate of things that are comfy yet sexy.

5.) Blazer.

A blazer is something that works for everyone, no matter what shape or size. With such a variety of materials, lengths and shapes, you can find something that you love that will dress up any outfit. I love a blazer over a sexy tank for my standard evening uniform.
