TGIF!
So glad it is Friday! It has been a long week. Spending the last 2 days at AdTech, I almost didn’t go to Mr. Valentino’s book signing of his gorgeous Assouline coffee table book ” Valentino: At the Emperor’s Table” at his flagship store on Fifth Avenue. I am glad I did. It was such a sneak peak inside the mysterious world of high-fashion and I received a beautifully inscribed book from the man himself.
After an hour of sipping champagne, passing on the Macaroons, admiring the intricate detailing of Valentino’s clothes, spotting beautiful Carolina Herrera and major people/shoe watching, I headed out…to find a home for my gift. 😉
After such a glamorous event, I spent the evening cooking dinner, doing laundry and passing out from shear exhaustion.
