There is a multitude of products on the market that all claim to revitalize your skin and help keep it looking young. Sun Exposure

There have been several studies that have shown the effect too much sun could have on the skin. Despite this, many people still go out in the sun without the right type of sunscreen. You need a sun factor that will stop those harmful rays from affecting your skin; then it won’t cause the type of damage that leads to premature aging of the skin and even skin cancer. Even if it isn’t a particularly hot day, it can still be bad for you, so remember to wear sunscreen and a hat if possible.

Smoking

Everyone knows the effects smoking can have on the body including the skin. It can also cause you to have yellow teeth, bad breath and, of course, increase your risk of cancer. The best thing to do is to try and cut out the cigarettes by using some of the products designed to help you quit. When you drink alcohol, it causes the skin in your face to puff up a little, although, after the alcohol has worn off, your skin shrinks back and wrinkles because of the stretching. While a little in moderation might be ok, too much could lead to wrinkles.

Moisture

One of the most important things to keep your skin moist and supple is moisture. Dry skin will soon become cracked, red and start to wrinkle. By applying moisturizer every day, you can reduce the risk of dry skin and wrinkles.

 

If you try to avoid all the bad things such as too much sun, smoking, drinking and lack of sleep, you may avoid premature skin aging.
