The new book “The 5-minute Facial Workout” by Catherine Pez is based on 30 different exercises for the face that help tone the facial muscles just like you would any other area of your body.

This super-easy read gives a bit of background on facial gymnastics, and dives into different exercises for different areas of your face.  Our poor faces are subjected to too much sun, smoking, environment, poor skin care and degradation of collagen layers, all which can contribute to sagging facial muscles.

The Parisian author, Catherine Pez is a big believer in natural beauty and has taught facial gymnastics for several years. Whatever her age, she looks pretty darn amazing, so I am taking her word for it.
