So after being really good on the workout kick, I have decided to try a newer, cleaner diet. Hard to do when out and about, but sort of easy at home.
What is Paleo, you ask?
Paleo is a lean diet of only protein, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables. If you take a look at the InfoGraphic, it gives a pretty good explanation. Say goodbye to processed foods, sugar, dairy and carbs of any sort.
