Some of you may know I am in the midst of Kundalini Yoga teacher training. The question I always get after that is “Oh, you are going to teach yoga?” The answer is I am not really sure what I am going to do with it. I decided to take it to learn more about Kundalini, and what better way than to teach.
Along with opening a whole new side of me, it’s opened doors to other things like gong workshops, mediation, energy healers and Ayurvedic. When I came across this book by Doron Hanoch, I knew I wanted to learn more…and not only from his lovely warrior pose on the cover.
Doron Hanoch is based in California, and started off in the business world. He soon found himself helping people making positive changes to their lives. He teaches on health and wellness starting at the physical level and moving on through the emotional level, then spiritual.
His easy-to-read book offers practical tools based on the practices of yoga and Ayurveda. He mixes it in with contemporary diet and lifestyle practices, combining classic Ayurveda with holistic nutrition. Doron also explores the concept of the flexitarian diet, and is all about creating the best possible life without stress and anxiety.
